  2. Create your shopAdd your business name and contact details.

Your account and access

Start with your account, recovery and quick access options.

One account for favorites, plans and your shop

Register once and use the same account to save places and plans and to create and manage your shop.An account is optional for browsing and searching

How to use it, step by step

  1. On the home page, choose Sign in / Register, then New account. If you already have an account, use it; do not create a second account for your shop.
  2. Enter your display name, then a username containing 6–20 English letters, digits or underscores. The username is used for sign-in and links; the display name identifies you.
  3. Enter a valid recovery email, choose the country code and enter and confirm your own WhatsApp number.
  4. Choose a password and complete registration. Use the same username and password to sign in on a phone or computer.
  5. Use Favorites for saved places, My plans for outings and My shop to create or manage the shop. There is no separate registration for each service.
  6. Use the account settings to change the display name or password. If you forget your password, enter the username in recovery and follow an available registered recovery method.

How are the services linked?

Favorites stores places selected with the heart. My plans stores your outings. My shop contains your business page, products and settings. All belong to the same account and are available after signing in.

Guests can search, browse categories, shops and offers, prepare a WhatsApp order from an enabled shop and create a guest plan. An account is required for account favorites and plans and for owning a shop.

Email and WhatsApp recovery

A recovery link can be sent to the registered email; check spam if needed. WhatsApp can provide recovery assistance according to registered details and verification procedures.

The username cannot be changed from account settings. Registered recovery details are fixed in the interface; contact administration for verification if a change is needed.

Using your account safely

Do not share passwords, recovery links or verification codes. Use supervisor access for product assistance instead of sharing your account, and sign out on shared devices.

Common questions and practical answers

I already have an account. Do I need another for a shop?
No. Sign in to your existing account and open My shop. Favorites, plans and the shop use that account.
Is my username the public shop name?
Not necessarily. The username is used for sign-in and the link. Choose the public shop name separately in shop details.
My recovery email has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the username and that the selected email is the registered one, then check spam. Use the registered WhatsApp recovery option if available. A new account will not inherit your existing shop.

Shops and orders

For customers and owners: creating shops, managing products and handling orders.

Open your free shop

A dedicated page for your products, services and contact details, suitable for shops and home businesses.Account required

How to use it, step by step

  1. Create an account or sign in, then open My shop and choose to create one.
  2. Enter the shop’s display name and description. Add a logo and cover image if desired; the display name identifies your business to visitors.
  3. Add a valid WhatsApp number and other contact details with the correct country code. Add a location if you have an address suitable for visits.
  4. Save the details, add products or services and preview the page. Select the appropriate publication status from the available settings.
  5. Share the shop link or its QR sharing card. Visitors can browse directly from the link.

Shop dashboard sections and what they do

Shop details contains the business name and description. Contact and location holds WhatsApp, phone and location. Images and cover controls the visuals. Publishing settings controls the public status. Save changes in the section you edit.

Products is for adding, editing, ordering and hiding items. Ordering controls activation, fulfillment, fees and hours when available. Sharing card provides the shop link and QR code. Subscriptions shows service status and periods.

Supervisors manages accounts assisting with products when available. Statistics, activity logs and product trash provide owner-only monitoring and recovery tools under the available permissions.

What does the page include?

The page contains the shop identity, cover, description, published products or services and any supplied contact and location links. Product display does not require ordering to be enabled.

The shop link is tied to the account identifier. The display name may differ. Choose the identifier carefully because it cannot be edited from account settings.

Free and additional services

Products can be displayed within your current limit. For a higher limit, review available plans. Ordering has separate activation and subscription rules from product display.

Common questions and practical answers

Does registering automatically create a shop?
No. Open My shop, complete and save the shop creation form, then use the dashboard tools.
Can a home business use a shop?
Yes, to show products or services and contact details. A walk-in shop is not required for a home business. Only add a visiting address if intended and appropriate.
Why can a visitor not see my shop?
Check publishing settings, ensure the shop is not a draft or paused and save changes. If review is required, public visibility follows approval and the dashboard status.

Add and manage products and services

Add clear images and details, set prices and visibility and maintain the catalog from your dashboard. For the owner or an authorized supervisor

How to use it, step by step

  1. Choose Add product from the dashboard and enter a clear item or service name.
  2. Complete the available description and price fields. Add images within the form’s limit and check their previews before saving.
  3. Add preparation information or note options when supported for the product and ordering service. Use practical information that helps customers choose.
  4. Save the product and check its name, images and price on the public shop page.
  5. Edit items, hide or show them and change their display order. Deleted items can be reviewed in the owner’s product trash.

Hiding and deleting

Hide an item when it is temporarily unavailable so its details do not need to be entered again. Deletion uses the available trash controls; permanent deletion cannot be undone.

Items exceeding the free limit may be hidden without deletion when a product plan expires and can return after renewal. Check item status and shop limits in the dashboard.

Customer notes

When note options are available, customers can use them while adding an item. Notes form part of the order details; they do not change the item price unless the displayed options say otherwise.

Common questions and practical answers

I saved an item but it is not visible. What should I check?
Check that the item is visible, the shop is published and the item is not blocked or above the allowed limit after subscription expiry. Recheck the public shop page.
I reached the product limit. Should I delete the shop?
No. Edit existing items or review a higher product plan. Ordering alone does not increase the limit.
Can I list a service rather than a physical product?
Yes. Describe the service, what the price or work includes, an explanatory image and preparation time when available.

Order from a shop through WhatsApp

Choose products, quantities and fulfillment, then review the order before sending it to the shop on WhatsApp.No account needed; only available for enabled shops

How to use it, step by step

  1. Open a shop with ordering enabled. Choose an item and quantity and add it to the cart, adding a note when available before you add the item.
  2. Review the cart, adjust quantities or remove items. Identical items with the same note combine quantities; different notes may create separate lines.
  3. Choose pickup to collect the order yourself or delivery if offered. Review the fee and updated total.
  4. For delivery, choose current location and allow access, or select the point manually on the map. Check the pin, confirm the address and optionally add directions for the driver.
  5. Review items, quantities, notes, product subtotal, delivery fee, total and fulfillment. Complete the required confirmations and prepare the order.
  6. Choose Send order via WhatsApp to open a prepared message. Press Send inside WhatsApp to deliver it, then continue in the conversation.

What does the shop receive?

The message includes quantities, prices, notes, fulfillment and total, plus the delivery location link when applicable. The shop replies through the WhatsApp conversation you send from.

The flow uses payment on receipt and does not collect online payment during these steps. Ordering is intended for Khafji; the shop handles preparation and delivery.

When is an order accepted?

Preparing the message or opening WhatsApp does not mean it was sent or accepted. Send it and wait for the shop to confirm availability, timing and fulfillment.

If the order button is absent, ordering may be disabled, paused or outside opening hours. Use the available WhatsApp inquiry option on the shop page.

Common questions and practical answers

WhatsApp opened. Has the shop received my order?
It is not delivered until you press Send inside WhatsApp. Wait for the shop’s reply; message preparation is not acceptance.
How do I fix an item note or an incorrect address?
Before sending, go back and correct the relevant step. If the cart has no note editor, remove the line and add it again with the correct note. After sending, tell the shop about the change in the conversation.
Can I choose delivery without sharing current location?
If delivery is offered, choose and confirm the point manually instead of using current location. Verify the pin.
Do I enter my phone number in checkout?
The shop communicates through the WhatsApp account you send from. Review any details or confirmations displayed during checkout.

Enable and configure shop ordering

Set fulfillment options, fees and receiving hours, then receive order messages on the shop’s WhatsApp.For shop owners with access to the service

How to use it, step by step

  1. Add a valid WhatsApp number to the shop’s contact details and open Order settings.
  2. Review the service explanation and availability. If the trial is offered, start it using the activation button; its period begins when you activate it.
  3. Enable receiving orders or pause them. Enable at least one method: pickup, delivery or both.
  4. For delivery, set a flat fee in SAR, using zero for free delivery. Set receiving days and hours, then save.
  5. Test the shop link yourself and check fulfillment, fees, WhatsApp number and message content before sharing it with customers.

Fees and schedule

Delivery uses an owner-set flat fee, not an automatic distance-based calculation. The order schedule uses Saudi time.

Equal opening and closing times represent all-day availability. A closing time earlier than opening represents a period continuing past midnight.

Orders and statistics

The owner dashboard shows prepared orders and available statistics. These figures do not confirm WhatsApp delivery, acceptance or payment.

When the service period ends, ordering stops while products and inquiry channels remain subject to shop status and limits. The shop handles fulfillment, delivery and customer communication.

Common questions and practical answers

Is adding WhatsApp enough to activate ordering?
Adding a number enables contact, not ordering by itself. Check ordering access, subscription status, receiving settings, fulfillment methods and schedule.
Does an order record mean a completed sale?
No. Records and statistics concern prepared orders. Check the actual WhatsApp message and confirm availability, timing and cost with the customer.
How can I pause ordering for today?
Pause receiving orders in the settings and save. Pausing orders does not require hiding the shop or catalog.

Shop links and QR sharing cards

Help customers reach your shop through a link or a shareable, printable QR card. For shop owners

How to use it, step by step

  1. Open the shop dashboard and find the shop sharing card option.
  2. Review the name, image, link and QR code before saving. Use the available controls to select the card layout and content.
  3. Share it on WhatsApp or social media, or print it for your premises or product packaging.
  4. Scan the QR code with another device to confirm it opens the correct published shop.

What does the QR code do?

The QR code opens the shop page for browsing and contact, and ordering when enabled. A QR code alone does not activate ordering.

You can also share a particular product link so customers can open that item directly.

Common questions and practical answers

Which sharing-card text should I choose?
Choose Products and contact for browsing only, or Products and orders when ordering is enabled. Match pickup and delivery wording to your settings.

Supervisors and product management

When available for your shop, add accounts that help manage products.Only shown for shops with this feature enabled

How to use it, step by step

  1. In the owner dashboard, open Supervisors if the section is available.
  2. Enter the registered username of the person you want to add. Do not share your own password.
  3. Check the list and allowed limit, then add the account so the managed shop appears when that person signs in.
  4. The owner can remove the supervisor when access is no longer needed.

What can supervisors do?

Supervisors help manage products within their assigned permissions. Core shop settings, supervisor management, statistics, order values, activity logs and product trash are owner-only.

The supervisor section may be absent when the feature is not enabled. The allowed number depends on shop settings rather than a universal fixed limit.

Common questions and practical answers

Should I give a supervisor my password?
No. Add their registered account in Supervisors when available. They sign in with their own account.

Plans and subscriptions

Understand free product display, higher product limits and ordering, then choose what you need.Browse plans without an account; activation is shop-specific

How to use it, step by step

  1. Open the plans page and review each plan’s included services, current price and duration.
  2. For more items, review the product plan. For a cart and WhatsApp ordering, review the ordering service. A combined plan may also be available.
  3. Start an available ordering trial from shop settings, or use the listed contact option for subscriptions and renewals.
  4. Check service status, activation date, end date and remaining days from your dashboard.

How do the four options differ?

Free shop: product display within the free limit, contact details and WhatsApp inquiries without a paid subscription period. A WhatsApp inquiry link does not activate the cart and ordering service.

Products plan: increases the number of items you may display. It does not itself include ordering unless the displayed option explicitly combines both.

Ordering service: provides quantities, notes, a cart, pickup or delivery and a prepared WhatsApp message. It does not raise the product limit.

Complete plan: combines the products plan and ordering service under the benefits and period on the plans page. Choose it when you need both a higher limit and ordering.

Trials and subscriptions

The ordering trial lasts 30 days from activation and is available once per shop under the displayed terms. It does not increase the product limit.

Paid subscriptions begin through the stated activation process. Renewals are optional with no automatic deduction as described on the plans page. Check current pricing and limits on that page rather than relying on older information.

What happens on expiry?

Ordering expiry stops ordering without deleting shop products. Product-plan expiry may hide excess items without deleting them. Delivery fees are separate from subscriptions.

Common questions and practical answers

Does the ordering trial start when I create the shop?
No. It starts when you activate the available ordering trial. Check the start, end and remaining days in the dashboard.
Are products deleted when a subscription expires?
Ordering expiry stops ordering only. Product-plan expiry may hide excess items without deletion. Check status and limits; renewal restores services according to the plan.
Does the products plan activate ordering?
No. Product limits and ordering are separate services. The complete plan combines them as described on the plans page.
Is the delivery fee the subscription price?
No. The subscription pays for the service. The owner sets delivery fees, which are added to a customer’s order when delivery is selected.

Offers

Browse promotions or submit your business offer for review.

Browse and submit offers

View local offers or submit your business offer with an image and schedule for review.Browsing and submission depend on availability

How to use it, step by step

  1. Open Offers, browse available promotions and check dates, conditions and any stated discount.
  2. Use the offer’s location link and confirm the intended business.
  3. To submit an offer, open Add offer and enter the business name, Google Maps link and a clear image.
  4. Specify whether there is a discount, its percentage and coverage, then select an available start date and duration and review the preview.
  5. Submit the offer for review. It becomes public after review and approval.

Before using an offer

Check that the offer is active and whether it covers all or selected items. Confirm availability and additional details with the business.

Submission does not guarantee immediate approval or permanent display. Offers depend on their dates, duration and status.

Dates, discounts and images

The current form lets you choose a start day from the displayed month and an available duration. Check the resulting end date before submission and do not choose a past date.

For a single discount percentage, enter the starting percentage. For a range, use both available fields. Choose all or selected items and make sure the image matches the written details.

Common questions and practical answers

Does submitting an offer create a shop?
No. An offer is a dated promotion with an image and business details. A shop is a separate catalog page. Use either or both as needed.
Why is my submitted offer not visible?
It may be awaiting review, not yet started, expired or not approved. Submission does not publish an offer immediately.
What if my promotion has no discount?
Choose No discount when appropriate and complete the image, dates and other fields without inventing a discount.
